Come out and join the Ride Bikes crew for a fun-filled day of road riding in the picturesque San Gabriel Mountains of Los Angeles County.

The FREE RIDE is open to ALL riders of ALL abilities and experience levels. Special guests include The Vegan Cyclist himself - Tyler Pearce, along with Bros Ride Bikes - Eli and Jack Watson, Glute Doper Doc - Tim Woo, and Ride Bikes Racing's own Rex Roberts.

The FREE RIDE MT BALDY is an entirely paved route suitable for bikes of all kinds but keep in mind there is a significant amount of climbing including some steep ramps of up to 15%.

The 53 mile route features 7200 feet of climbing so prepare yourself for about 4 hours on the bike. There are three main summits at the top of GMR, GRR and Mt. Baldy. Upon reaching each summit we encourage the faster riders on course to descend back down to the slowest to extend their mileage and make new friends.

A food-stocked sag stop will be set up at the Baldy Village where riders can recharge before tackling the toughest challenge of the day - Mt. Baldy. Alternatively, riders can skip the steep slopes of Mt. Baldy and descend back down to the Start/Finish.

There will be a follow car behind the group to provide mechanical and first aid assistance in case of emergency but please bring your own spare tube and flat-repair tools.
